Earlier this week we explored why I don’t invest in real estate. But are some cities safer investments than others? Some countries? Commercial real estate vs housing? What about interest rates? Immigration? Long-term vs short-term investments? Are there some places in the world where all of this is already happening? What can we learn from those places?
